Common use of Prior Review Clause in Contracts

Prior Review. With respect to: (i) each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of US$500,000 or more; (ii) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of US$400,000 or more; and the first two contracts for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of US$30,000 or more per contract but less than the equivalent of US$400,000 each, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to: (ia) each contract the first two contracts for works estimated to cost the less than $1,000,000 equivalent of US$500,000 or more; (ii) each, and thereafter, each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of US$400,000 $1,000,000 or more; and (b) the first two contracts for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of US$30,000 or more per contract but less than the $300,000 equivalent, and thereafter, each contract estimated to cost $300,000 equivalent of US$400,000 eachor more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for goods and works estimated to cost the equivalent of US$500,000 $200,000 and $250,000 respectively or more; and (ii) each contract all contracts for goods and works in the first year estimated to cost the equivalent of US$400,000 $100,000 or more; and the first two contracts for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of US$30,000 or more per contract but less than the equivalent of US$400,000 each, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to: (i) to the first contract for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Schedule, each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of US$500,000 $1,000,000 or more; (ii) more and each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of US$400,000 $200,000 or more; and the first two contracts for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of US$30,000 or more per contract but less than the equivalent of US$400,000 each, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to: (i) the first five contracts for goods estimated to cost less than the equivalent of $100,000; and (ii) each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of US$$500,000 or more; (ii) , and each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of US$400,000 $100,000 or more; and the first two contracts for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of US$30,000 or more per contract but less than the equivalent of US$400,000 each, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to: (i) each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of US$500,000 or more; (ii) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of US$400,000 or more; and the first two contracts for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of US$30,000 or more per contract but less than $100,000 equivalent, each contract for goods estimated to cost more than $100,000 equivalent, the equivalent of US$400,000 eachfirst two contracts for works estimated to cost less than $150,000 equivalent, and each contract for works estimated to cost more than $150,000 equivalent, the procedures set forth in paragraphs Paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to: (i) each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of US$500,000 or more; (ii) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of US$400,000 or more; and the first two contracts for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of US$30,000 or more per contract but less than the equivalent of US$400,000 each, the The procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall applyapply with respect to: (i) each contract for goods estimated to cost $300,000 equivalent or more; (ii) each contract for works estimated to cost $500,000 equivalent or more; (iii) each of the first two contracts for goods estimated to cost more than $30,000 equivalent but less than $300,000 equivalent; and (iv) the first contract for works estimated to cost more than $30,000 equivalent but less than $500,000 equivalent.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: to (i) each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of US$500,000 $300,000 or more; , (ii) the first contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $25,000 or more but less than the equivalent of $300,000 and (iii) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of US$400,000 $50,000 or more; and the first two contracts for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of US$30,000 or more per contract but less than the equivalent of US$400,000 each, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: to (i) each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of US$500,000 $50,000 or more; , (ii) each contract the first three contracts for goods works estimated to cost the equivalent of US$400,000 or more; and the first two contracts for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of US$30,000 $20,000 or more per contract but less than the equivalent of US$400,000 each$50,000, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.and

Prior Review. With respect to: to (ia) each contract for (i) goods estimated to cost $1,000,000 equivalent or more, or (ii) works estimated to cost the equivalent of US$500,000 $5,000,000 or more; , and (iib) the first three (3) contracts each contract for goods and for works, regardless of the estimated to cost the equivalent of US$400,000 or more; and the first two contracts for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of US$30,000 or more per contract but less than the equivalent of US$400,000 eachthereof, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to: (i) each contract for works goods estimated to cost the $250,000 equivalent of US$500,000 or more; (ii) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of US$400,000 or more; and the first two three contracts for goods estimated to cost $30,000 equivalent or more; (iii) each contract for works estimated to cost $500,000 equivalent or more; and (iv) the first three contracts for works estimated to cost $30,000 equivalent of US$30,000 or more per contract but less than the equivalent of US$400,000 eachless, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect toto each contract for: (i) each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of US$500,000 or more; (ii) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of US$400,000 250,000 or more; and (ii) the first two three contracts for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of US$30,000 100,000 or more per contract but less than the equivalent of US$400,000 each250,000; and (iii) the first three contracts for works, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to: (ia) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $250,000 or more; (b) the first three contracts for goods estimated to cost less than $150,000; and (c) each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of US$$500,000 or more; and (iid) each contract the first three contracts for goods works, estimated to cost the equivalent of US$400,000 or more; and the first two contracts for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of US$30,000 or more per contract but less than the equivalent of US$400,000 each, $500,000 the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to: to (i) each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of US$$500,000 or more; , (ii) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of US$400,000 $250,000 or more; , and (iii) the first two (2) contracts for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of US$30,000 or more per contract but less than the equivalent of US$400,000 each$500,000 for works and less than $250,000 for goods, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to: (ia) each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of US$500,000 $1,000,000 or more; (iib) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of US$400,000 $500,000 or more; and (c) the first two three contracts for works and the first three contracts for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of US$30,000 or more per contract but less than the equivalent of US$400,000 eachawarded under National Competitive Bidding procedures, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: to (i) each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of US$500,000 $300,000 or more; , (ii) the first three contracts for works estimated to cost $50,000 or more but less then $300,000, and (iii) each contract for goods and works estimated to cost the equivalent of US$400,000 $200,000 or more; and the first two contracts for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of US$30,000 or more per contract but less than the equivalent of US$400,000 each, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to: (i) to each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of US$500,000 1,000,000 or more; (ii) , and with respect to each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of US$400,000 200,000 or more; and the first two contracts for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of US$30,000 or more per contract but less than the equivalent of US$400,000 each, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.
