Common use of Prior Review Clause in Contracts

Prior Review. With respect to each contract for goods estimated to cost more than $50,000 equivalent, and each contract for works estimated to cost more than $75,000 equivalent, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for works and goods estimated to cost more than the equivalent of $50,000 equivalent250,000 for goods, and each contract $500,000 for works estimated to cost more than $75,000 equivalentworks, respectively, or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to each contract for goods estimated to cost more than $50,000 equivalent, and each contract for works estimated to cost more than $75,000 equivalent, the (a) The procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall applyapply with respect to: (i) each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $500,000 or more; (ii) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $250,000 or more; (iii) the first two (2) contracts for works estimated to cost less than $500,000 equivalent; and (iv) the first two (2) contracts for goods estimated to cost less than $250,000.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to the first three contracts for goods and the first three contracts for works, irrespective of the contract’s value, and, subsequently, each contract for goods estimated to cost more than the equivalent of $50,000 equivalent400,000 or more, and each contract for works estimated to cost more than the equivalent of $75,000 equivalent100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for goods estimated to cost more than $50,000 equivalent, and to: (i) each contract for works estimated to cost more the equivalent of $1,000,000 or more; and (ii) the first two contracts for works estimated to cost less than $75,000 1,000,000 equivalent, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to each any contract for goods estimated to cost more than the equivalent of $50,000 equivalent200,000 or more, and each contract for works estimated to cost more than the equivalent of $75,000 equivalent300,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to each contract for goods estimated to cost more than $50,000 equivalent, and each contract for works estimated to cost more than $75,000 equivalent, the (a) The procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall applyapply with respect to: (i) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of more than $100,000; and (ii) each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of more than $500,000.

Prior Review. With respect to each contract for for: (a) works estimated to cost the equivalent of $3,000,000 or more; and (b) goods estimated to cost more than the equivalent of $50,000 equivalent, and each contract for works estimated to cost more than $75,000 equivalent500,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more and each contract for goods estimated to cost more than the equivalent of $50,000 equivalent, and each contract for works estimated to cost more than $75,000 equivalentor more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to (i) each contract for goods estimated to cost more than $50,000 equivalent, and each contract for or works estimated to cost more than the equivalent of $75,000 equivalent100,000 or more, and (ii) the first contract for goods or works to be procured in accordance with the procedure referred to in paragraph 1 of Part C above, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to each contract for goods estimated to cost more than $50,000 equivalent, and each contract for works estimated to cost more than $75,000 equivalent, the (a) The procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall applyapply with respect to: (i) each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $5,000,000 or more; (ii) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $500,000 or more; (ciii) the first two (2) contracts for works regardless of the value thereof; and (div) the first contract for goods regardless of the value thereof.

Prior Review. With respect to each contract for works or goods estimated to cost more than the equivalent of $50,000 equivalent, and each contract for works estimated to cost more than $75,000 equivalent200,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. Prior Review. With respect to each contract for for: (a) works estimated to cost the equivalent $500,000 or more; and (b) goods estimated to cost more than the equivalent of $50,000 equivalent200,000, and each contract for works estimated to cost more than $75,000 equivalentor more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to each contract for goods estimated to cost more than $50,000 equivalent, and each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $500,000 or more than and goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $75,000 equivalent250,000 or more, and contracts awarded by direct contracting, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $300,000 or more, and, irrespective of their amount the first five contracts for works per Project Implementation Agency, and with respect to each contract for goods estimated to cost more than the equivalent of $50,000 equivalent, and each contract for works estimated to cost more than $75,000 equivalent100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $300,000 or more than $50,000 equivalent, and with respect to each contract for works estimated to cost more than the equivalent of $75,000 equivalent500,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to each contract for goods estimated to cost more than the equivalent of $50,000 equivalent200,000 or more, and each contract for works estimated to cost more than the equivalent of $75,000 equivalent500,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for goods estimated to cost more than $50,000 equivalent, and (i) each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $600,000 or more than $75,000 equivalentand (ii) each contract for works procured under paragraph 6 of Part B of this Section, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to each contract the first two contracts for goods estimated to cost more than $50,000 equivalent, and works and each contract for goods, works and consulting services estimated to cost more than the equivalent of $75,000 equivalent50,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to each contract for (a) works estimated to cost the equivalent of $5,000,000 or more, and (b) goods estimated to cost more than the equivalent of $50,000 equivalent, and each contract for works estimated to cost more than $75,000 equivalent500,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to each contract for (a) works estimated to cost the equivalent of $10,000,000 or more, and (b) goods estimated to cost more than the equivalent of $50,000 equivalent, and each contract for works estimated to cost more than $75,000 equivalent500,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more than $50,000 equivalent, and each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more than $75,000 equivalent, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to each contract for goods estimated to cost more than $50,000 equivalent, and each contract for works estimated to cost more than the equivalent of $75,000 equivalent250,000 or more, and $500,000 or more, respectively, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 4 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for works, including the first three contracts to be awarded, estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000, and for goods estimated to cost more than the equivalent of $50,000 equivalent, and each contract for works estimated to cost more than $75,000 equivalent100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to each contract for goods each contract estimated to cost the equivalent of US $200,000 or more than $50,000 equivalentfor works, and each contract US $100,000 or more for works estimated to cost more than $75,000 equivalentgoods, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each the first contract for goods and the first contract for works, irrespective of the contract amount, and thereafter each contract estimated to cost more than the equivalent of $50,000 equivalent, and each contract for works estimated to cost more than $75,000 equivalentor more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each any contract for goods estimated to cost more than the equivalent of $50,000 equivalent250,000 or more, and each contract for works works, estimated to cost more than the equivalent of $75,000 equivalent200,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to each contract for goods estimated to cost more than $50,000 equivalent, and each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $300,000 or $1,000,000 or more than $75,000 equivalentrespectively, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to each contract for goods estimated to cost more than $50,000 equivalent, and each contract for civil works estimated to cost more than the equivalent of $75,000 equivalent200,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract procured under Part B, Part C.1, Part C.5 above and all contracts for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more than $50,000 equivalent, and each contract all contracts for works estimated to cost more than the equivalent of $75,000 equivalent200,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to each contract for goods estimated to cost more than $50,000 equivalent, and each contract for works estimated to cost more than the equivalent of $75,000 equivalent100,000 or more, and the first three contracts for goods and for works, regardless of value, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more than $50,000 equivalent, and with respect to each contract for works estimated to cost more than the equivalent of $75,000 equivalent300,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to each contract for works and goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $500,000 or more than $50,000 equivalenteach, and each first contract for works estimated to cost more than $75,000 equivalentgoods and works, regardless of value, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for goods (i) works and (ii) goods, estimated to cost more than the equivalent of $50,000 equivalent, and each contract for works estimated to cost more than $75,000 equivalentor more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to each contract for (i) works estimated to cost the equivalent of $2,000,000 or more, and (ii) goods estimated to cost more than the equivalent of $50,000 equivalent, and each contract for works estimated to cost more than $75,000 equivalent250,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for goods estimated to cost more than $50,000 equivalent, and each contract for or works estimated to cost more than the equivalent of $75,000 equivalent50,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

With respect to each contract for (a) works estimated to cost the equivalent of $2,000,000 or more, and (b) goods estimated to cost more than the equivalent of $50,000 equivalent, and each contract for works estimated to cost more than $75,000 equivalent250,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $2100,000 or more than $50,000 equivalent, and each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $2200,000 or more than $75,000 equivalent, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more than $50,000 equivalent, and each contract for works estimated to cost more than the equivalent of $75,000 equivalent750,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for goods estimated to cost more than $50,000 equivalent□200,000 or more, and each contract for works estimated to cost □2,000,000 or more than $75,000 equivalentand the first contract procured under Part C.1 above, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more; (ii) each contract for goods estimated to cost more than the equivalent of $50,000 equivalent, 100,000 or more; and (iii) each contract for works estimated of the first five (5) contracts awarded pursuant to cost more than $75,000 equivalentthe provisions under Part C.1 of this Schedule (LIB), the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more than $50,000 equivalent, and with respect to each contract for works estimated to cost more than the equivalent of $75,000 equivalent100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for goods estimated to cost more than $50,000 equivalent, and each contract for works estimated to cost more than the equivalent of $75,000 equivalent200,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $600,000 or more; (ii) each contract for goods estimated to cost more than $50,000 equivalent, 100,000 or more; and each contract (iii) the first two contracts for works estimated to cost more than $75,000 equivalentbe awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Section, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each the first contract for goods estimated works to cost more than $50,000 equivalentbe procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in paragraph C.1 (a) above, and each contract for works estimated to cost more than the equivalent of $75,000 equivalent4,000,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $500,000 or more and each contract for goods estimated to cost more than the equivalent of $50,000 equivalent, and each contract for works estimated to cost more than $75,000 equivalent200,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to each contract for (a) works estimated to cost the equivalent of $2,000,000 or more, and (b) goods estimated to cost more than the equivalent of $50,000 equivalent, and each contract for works estimated to cost more than $75,000 equivalent200,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.
