Premium Notices Sample Clauses

Premium Notices. Premium on all insurance policies shall be paid by Contractor or its subcontractors. Contractor shall provide 30 days’ notice of cancellation to the Exchange. Contractor shall furnish to the Exchange copies of certificates of all required insurance prior to the Execution Date, and copies of renewal certificates of all required insurance within 30 days after the renewal date. The Exchange reserves the right to review the insurance requirements contained herein to ensure that there is appropriate coverage that is in accordance with this Agreement. The Exchange is to be notified by Contractor promptly if any aggregate insurance limit is exceeded. In such event, Contractor must purchase additional coverage to meet these requirements.
