POLL VOTES. Working Interest Owners may vote on and decide, by letter or telegram, any matter submitted to Working Interest Owners, if no meeting is requested, as provided in Article 8.2, within seven (7) days after the proposal is sent to Working Interest Owners. Unit Operator will give prompt notice of the results of the voting to all Working Interest Owners.

POLL VOTES. 33. A poll, if demanded, shall be taken in whatever manner the Chairman thinks fit, and the result of the poll shall be deemed to be the resolution of the meeting at which the poll was demanded. In the case of equality in the votes, whether on a show of hands or on a poll, the Chairman of the meeting is entitled to a casting vote to break a tie in addition to his original vote. A demand for a poll may be withdrawn.

  • Required Vote of the Company Stockholders The affirmative vote of the holders of a majority of the outstanding shares of Company Voting Stock in favor of the adoption of this Agreement (the “Company Stockholder Approval”) is the only vote of holders of securities of the Company that is required to approve this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby, including the Mergers.
