Plate Glass Sample Clauses

Plate Glass. Tenant shall promptly replace, at its expense, any and all plate and other glass damaged or broken from any cause whatsoever (except Landlord’s direct act) in and about the Premises. Tenant shall have the option either to insure this risk or self insure.
