Patrol Unit. A promoted employee who is dismissed during his probationary period, except if the cause warrants action to dismiss him from the County Service, shall return to the position in which he held permanent status, if vacant, or any other vacant position in his former classification unless all positions in that classification are filled. The employee so dismissed may write a letter for inclusion in his permanent personnel file. Upon a return to his former position in the same agency or department, the employee shall not serve a new probationary period. In the absence of such vacancy in the agency or department in which he held permanent status, the dismissed probationary employee may either:

Patrol Unit. Whenever the patrol officers in the road patrol are operating on twelve (12) hour shifts the City, in its opinion, may schedule the dispatch unit on twelve (12) hour shifts. If the City does not terminate the twelve (12) hour shift program but the patrol unit does, the dispatch union shall have the option to continue on twelve (12) hour shifts or return to eight (8) hour shifts pursuant to paragraph 2.
Patrol Unit. Patrol is the uniformed component of the department. It consists of patrol officers. Personnel are assigned to squads to provide service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Sergeants coordinate the shifts and each squad or team reports to the Patrol Lieutenant. The primary roles are:
Patrol Unit. (a) The Patrol Unit shall maintain eight (8) work shifts with each shift encompassing the following hours and designated in the following manner: Squad A 0800 hours to 1600 hours Squad B 1600 hours to 2400 hours Squad C 2400 hours to 0800 hours Squad D 1900 hours to 0300 hours Early Squad A 0700 hours to 1500 hours Early Squad B 1500 hours to 2300 hours Early Squad C 2300 hours to 0700 hours Patrol Unit Supervisors shall work a half (1/2) hour earlier than the Early Squad hours.
Patrol Unit. No less than two uniformed units will be deployed on patrol on the first shift (0800-1600) and third shift (0000-0800) and no less than three on the second shift (1600-2400). On day shift from the hours of 0800 to 1600, the Chief and Captains will not be considered a uniform patrol unit. On any other shift, any officer on duty will be considered a uniform unit. The Captain’s hours will be days (0800-1600) -- Monday through Friday (40 hours) with Saturdays, Sundays and all holidays off. Six (6) additional special prosecution days off will be given to the Captains and said days can be carried over from one year to the next for a period of one (1) year. All pay and allowances for the Captains are to be computed at the thirty-seven and a half (37 1/2) hour work week. Special investigations, emergencies or mutual agreement may necessitate that either of the Captain’s hours be changed. In case of special investigations/emergencies, the Captain’s hours shall be changed only for the duration of the special investigation or emergency. The Captains may work Patrol overtime on a voluntary basis. The Captains will not be placed on the patrol or dispatch order back list.

  • Remote Terminal Unit Prior to the Initial Synchronization Date of the Large Generating Facility, a Remote Terminal Unit, or equivalent data collection and transfer equipment acceptable to the Parties, shall be installed by Developer, or by Connecting Transmission Owner at Developer’s expense, to gather accumulated and instantaneous data to be telemetered to the location(s) designated by Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO through use of a dedicated point-to-point data circuit(s) as indicated in Article 8.1. The communication protocol for the data circuit(s) shall be specified by Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO. Instantaneous bi-directional analog real power and reactive power flow information must be telemetered directly to the location(s) specified by Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO. Each Party will promptly advise the appropriate other Party if it detects or otherwise learns of any metering, telemetry or communications equipment errors or malfunctions that require the attention and/or correction by that other Party. The Party owning such equipment shall correct such error or malfunction as soon as reasonably feasible.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Childcare 8.1.
