Past Service. Recognition - Notwithstanding the provisions of this Article, it is understood and agreed that the employees will be subject to the provisions and regulations of the Company's policy on past service recognition except that, during the first full calendar year of re-employment, vacation entitlement will be based on the provisions for a reduced vacation entitlement in accordance with Company regulations.
