PAST OUTGOINGS. The Purchaser and the Association acknowledges, accepts and confirms that the Promoter has already paid all outgoings before transferring the physical possession of the Designated Apartment to the Purchaser, which it has collected from the Purchaser, for the payment of outgoings (including those mentioned in the Agreement), to the satisfaction of the Purchaser and further the Promoter has duly paid the governmental dues, rates, charges and taxes and other monies, levies, impositions, premiums, and other outgoings, whatsoever, payable with respect to the said project to the competent Authorities till the period it was required to do and they hereby acquit and discharge the Promoter from any further obligation or liability in this behalf.
