Part Years Sample Clauses

Part Years. If Tenant is obligated to pay Operating Costs Excess or Tax Excess for only a part of an Operating Year or a Tax Period, Tenant’s Proportionate Share of the Operating Costs Excess or Tax Excess, as the case may be, in respect of such Operating Year or Tax Period shall be reduced to an amount determined by multiplying such Tenant’s Proportionate Share by a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days within such Operating Year or Tax Period for which Tenant has liability for the Operating Costs Excess or Tax Excess, as the case may be, and the denominator of which is three hundred sixty-five (365).
