Part E of the Project. The Recipient shall ensure that no civil works construction activities under Part E of the Project shall commence unless and until (a) (i) the Recipient shall have prepared a draft statistics bill for the establishment of NBS as an autonomous entity headed by an Executive Board of Directors with mandate and composition satisfactory to the Association, adequate to ensure NBS’ professional independence, integrity and accountability; and (ii) the Recipient’s cabinet shall have approved such draft statistics bill for presentation to the Recipient’s parliament for enactment; and (b) the Association shall have notified the Recipient that such activities may commence.
Part E of the Project. The Borrower shall undertake not to lay new Mines in any part of the Borrower’s country so as to adversely affect, or in any way undermine, the implementation of the Project and the achievement of the objectives thereof. SCHEDULE 5
Part E of the Project. (1) In order to facilitate the carrying out of Part E of the Project, the Borrower shall continue to maintain a Micro-Enterprise Unit within MOLSP’s Department of Employment, with terms of reference satisfactory to the Borrower and the Bank, to be responsible for the administration and execution of Part E of the Project.

(Nutrition Education) For the purposes of the execution of Part E of the Project, MINSANTE shall establish a technical coordinating team led by a qualified and experienced coordinator from MINSANTE and including representatives from the Borrower’s relevant ministries and of the specialized non-governmental organization referred to in Section 3.02 (b) of this Agreement.
Part E of the Project. In carrying out Part E of the Project, the Borrower shall transfer to MR, for use by its lake service department, the proceeds of all grants made to the Borrower for the financing of all activities under Part E, except immovable assets, including gantry cranes in the Ports of Chipoka and Chilumba. The terms and conditions of transfer shall be drawn up in consultation with the Association. MR shall be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the immovable assets referred to above. Part E of the Project. Part E of the Project shall be implemented by MLGRUD. For this purpose, the Borrower shall establish appropriate procedures to ensure that effective coordination exists between the Departments, Local Authorities and statutory bodies of the Borrower involved with the implementation of the said Part E of the Project.
