Overdue Payments. Lessee shall pay interest on all overdue payments of Rent or other monetary amounts due hereunder at the rate of fifteen percent (15%) per annum or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is less, accruing from the date such Rent or other monetary amounts were properly due and payable.

Overdue Payments. The payments due under this Agreement shall, if overdue, bear interest beginning on the first day following the Reporting Period to which such payment was incurred and until payment thereof at a per annum rate equal to two percent (2%) above the prime rate in effect on the due date as reported by The Wall Street Journal, such interest rate being compounded on the last day of each Reporting Period, not to exceed the maximum permitted by law. Any such overdue payments when made shall be accompanied by all interest so accrued. Said interest and the payment and acceptance thereof shall not preclude Hospital from exercising any other rights it may have as a consequence of the lateness of any payment.

Overdue Payments. Any payment owed by Medical Practice to Modernizing Medicine hereunder and not paid to Modernizing Medicine from Medical Practice’s account (e.g. due to low balance, a stop payment order, or any other reason) (an “Overdue Payment”) may accrue, at Modernizing Medicine’s discretion, late charges at the rate of one and one-half percent (1.5%) of the outstanding balance per month, or at the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower, from the date such payment was due until the date paid.

Overdue Payments. Tenant acknowledges that a late payment of ---------------- Rent or other sums due hereunder will cause Landlord to incur costs not contemplated by this Lease. Such costs may include, but not be limited to, processing and accounting charges, and penalties imposed by terms of any contracts, mortgages or deeds of trust covering the Building. Therefore, in the event Tenant shall fail to pay any Rent, Additional Rent or other sums payable by Tenant under this Lease for seven (7) days after such amount is due, then Tenant shall pay Landlord, as Additional Rent, a late charge ("Late Charge") equal to four percent (4%) of such amount owing, but not in excess of the highest rate permitted by law. In addition to any Late Charges which may be incurred hereunder, any Rent, Additional Rent or other sums payable by Tenant under this Lease which are more than thirty (30) days past due, shall bear interest at a rate equal to fourteen percent (14%) per annum but not in excess of the highest lawful rate permitted under applicable laws, calculated from the original due date thereof to the date of payment ("Overdue Fee"); provided, however, the minimum Overdue Fee shall be One Hundred Dollars ($100.00). In addition, if payments are received by check or draft from Tenant, and two (2) or more of such checks or drafts are dishonored by the bank or other financial institution they were drawn upon in any twelve (12) month period, Landlord may thereafter require all Rent and other payments due hereunder from Tenant to Landlord to be made by bank cashier's or bank certified check or other similar means of payment and Landlord shall not be required to accept any checks or drafts of Tenant which do not comply with such requirements.
Overdue Payments. Any payments to be made by LICENSEE hereunder that are not paid on or before the date such payments are due under this Agreement shall bear interest, to the extent permitted by law, at two percentage points above the Prime Rate of interest as reported in The Wall Street Journal on the date payment is due, with interest calculated based on the number of days that payment is delinquent.
Overdue Payments. If any amounts due hereunder have not been received by the Due Date, such overdue amounts shall bear interest from the Due Date at the rate of 5% per year (or the highest amount permitted by Law, if lower), or portion thereof, until received. Such interest shall be calculated on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed from the Due Date up to and including the actual date of payment, without compounding.
