Overall Customer Satisfaction. Supplier should develop a plan to conduct a quarterly survey of end-users to determine the level of customer service satisfaction experienced by Purchasing Entity, and should conduct such a survey upon request from the Lead State. Both the raw and analyzed survey results should be measured on the survey: Responsiveness, Communication, Courtesy, Competence, Effectiveness, and Overall Satisfaction.

Credit for returned goods shall be made immediately once the Supplier receives the returned goods.
