Outdoor Growing Plants. We insure loss or damage caused directly to trees, shrubs, plants and lawns located outdoors which you exclusively own and which are located on the premises or common portions by one of the following insured perils: • Fire; • Lightning; • Explosion; • Impact with a vehicle or aircraft; • Riot; • Vandalism; • Theft or attempted theft (only if theft is mentioned as an insured peril on the “Coverage Summary Page”). We will pay a maximum amount of $250 per tree, shrub or plant. This amount includes expenses to remove from the premises debris from the damaged plants. However, the amount payable cannot be greater than 5% of the amount of insurance written on the “Coverage Summary Page” for “Coverage A – Dwelling and Improvements and Betterments”.

Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide the revenue metering CT/PT units and meter socket enclosure. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall:  provide, run, and wire both ends of the color-coded cable for the revenue metering instrument transformer secondary wiring;  perform all terminations; and  supply and install the meter. The revenue meter may require a communications link to the RTU. The Connecting Transmission Owner will specify and run those communications cables. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall complete all wiring, testing and commissioning of the RTU.

  • TRANSPORTATION, TRAVEL TIME AND ROOM AND BOARD 14.01 The Employer shall remunerate employees for travel time and mileage as follows:

NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner reserve the right to reasonably establish minimum acceptable settings for any installed Power System Stabilizers, subject to the design and operating limitations of the Large Generating Facility. If the Large Generating Facility’s Power System Stabilizers are removed from service or not capable of automatic operation, the Developer shall immediately notify the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO. The requirements of this paragraph shall not apply to wind generators.

  • Road Surfaces (1) Grade, shape, crown, and/or outslope surface and shoulders.
