Other Leave With or Without Pay. For the purpose of this Collective Agreement, "spouse" means the person the employee is legally married to or the person who, for a continuous period of at least one (1) year, the employee has lived with, publicly represented as their spouse and the spousal relationship has been recognized in the community or communities in which they have lived.
