Other cover. If, at the time of any event giving rise to a claim under this agreement, a cover exists with any other companies covering the participant against the defined events, the company shall be liable to make good only a rateable proportion of the amount payable by or to the participant in respect of such event. If any such other cover is subject to any condition of average, this agreement, if not already subject to any condition of average, shall be subject to average in like manner.
Other cover. When making a claim on this agreement you must also supply us with written details of all agreements that may pay or partially pay that claim.
Other cover. 17.21.1 If, at the time of an event giving rise to a claim under your Agreement, cover with any other Company exists, covering you against the same events, the Company shall be liable to make good only our proportion of the amount payable by or to you in respect of such an event;
Other cover. This cover does not cover to the extent of any other cover, whether prior or subsequent hereto on date and by whomsoever effected directly or indirectly covering the same property and the Insurers shall be liable for loss or damage only for the excess value beyond the amount due from such other cover. (e.g.) Baggage and accompanied luggage are not covered by this agreement.
