When High Welding process is used, the Pipe Xxxxxxx and the Welding Xxxxxxx shall supervise the performing this function. The work in connection with the bevelling, belling, grinding, internal charge setup, external charge setup and stress relieving shall be the work of the United Association, which shall include Xxxx Spigot End Joint Polisher, Internal Charge Setter, Aligner, External Charge Setter, Internal Jig Packer, External Jig Packer, Impact Technician and Stress Reliever.

MINOR PROJECTS On work that is provided for in this Agreement that is not major mainline pipeline production work or work referred to as (Pipe Maintenance Program), the provisions of may be modified to reflect the scope of the work specific to the affected project. These modifications will be made by mutual agreement of the Association and the Local Union.

  • Additional Assignments The Contractor further agrees to, and if applicable, cause each of its employees to, execute, acknowledge, and deliver all applications, specifications, oaths, assignments, and all other instruments which the City might reasonably deem necessary in order to apply for and obtain copyright protection, mask work registration, trademark registration and/or protection, letters patent, or any similar rights in any and all countries and in order to assign and convey to the City, its successors, assigns and nominees, the sole and exclusive right, title, and interest in and to the deliverables. The Contractor’s obligations to execute, acknowledge, and deliver (or cause to be executed, acknowledged, and delivered) instruments or papers such as those described in this Paragraph 38 a., b., and c. shall continue after the termination of this Contract with respect to such deliverables. In the event the City should not seek to obtain copyright protection, mask work registration or patent protection for any of the deliverables, but should desire to keep the same secret, the Contractor agrees to treat the same as Confidential Information under the terms of Paragraph 37 above.

  • General Assignment A general assignment by Tenant for the benefit of creditors;

  • Partial Assignment If any assignment of a portion of the land covered hereby shall be approved, a new lease shall be issued to the assignee covering the assigned land, containing the same terms and conditions as this lease, and limited as to term as this lease is limited, and the assignor shall be released and discharged from all further obligations and liabilities as to that portion so assigned.

  • Instructional Assignment The period of an instructional assignment during an academic year shall not exceed an average of seventy-five (75) days per semester and the period for testing, advisement, and other scheduled assignments shall not exceed an average of ten (10) days per semester. The Company will not be responsible to an assignee for any payment or other action taken by the Company before receipt of the assignment in writing at its Home Office.   • The Assignment On or prior to the Purchase Date, World Omni will execute and deliver the RPA Assignment.

  • Room Assignment The Landlord will assign rooms in accordance with the current assignment practice set by Residence Services. The Landlord reserves the right to transfer or move Tenants when deemed necessary. Tenants failing to arrive within 48 hours of the specified move-in date, without informing Residence Services of the delay, will lose their room assignment.

  • Shift Assignment Should the University elect to establish a shift on any other schedule than the regular day shift (Monday through Friday) or to assign employees to work on any such shift, the employee(s) with the most seniority in the classification affected or to be assigned on such shift shall have preference in moving to such shift. If an insufficient number of employees in the classification elect to move to such shift, then the employee(s) with the least seniority in the classification shall be assigned to such shift. If positions or shifts are reduced or eliminated or movement of personnel to other shifts is required, then the seniority of the affected employee will prevail in the selection of shift, provided the affected employee can do the required work. Such shift preference is only applicable within the employee's classification.
