Organizational Meeting. 2.2.1 Unless the Contracting Authority agrees otherwise in writing, the A/E’s Services will begin with an organizational meeting between the Contracting Authority, Owner, and A/E. All of the A/E’s key personnel involved in the Project shall attend the organizational meeting.
Organizational Meeting. Immediately following each annual meeting of Members, the Board of Directors shall hold a regular meeting for the purpose of organization, election of officers and the transaction of business. Notice of this meeting shall not be required.
