Online Banking Transactions. At the present time, you may use Online Banking to: • Transfer funds between your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Withdraw funds from your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Make loan payments from your savings, checking and Club accounts. • Obtain account balance and transaction history on your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Obtain information on your loan account balance, transaction history, payment due dates, loan payoff amounts and finance charges. • Review available copies of eStatements and tax information. • Make bill payments from your checking account using the Bill Pay service. Transactions involving your savings and checking accounts will be subject to the terms of your Membership and Account Agreement. Transactions involving your loan accounts will be subject to your applicable Loan Agreement and Disclosures.

Online Banking Transactions. At the present time, You may use Online Banking in conjunction with Your Access Code, an internet connection and a personal computer or internet-enabled portable computing device (e.g., smartphone or tablet), for the following services: (a) transfer funds between Your share and share draft Accounts; (b) make payments on Your Credit Union loan accounts from Your share and share draft Account(s); (c) open and establish certain new share and term share Accounts; and (d) make miscellaneous inquiries on Credit Union services that affect Your Account. Online Banking operates 24 hours every day. If You attempt to use the system and are told that "the system is not available," please try again later when service is restored. You may also use the Online Banking platform to access the online bill pay feature for the following services: (a) authorize the Credit Union to issue on Your behalf payments in amounts up to $25,000.00 each; and (b) check the status of payments previously authorized through the online bill pay feature. In order to use the xxxx xxxxx feature for such transactions, You must have a share draft Account with Us. By completing a bill pay transaction using the xxxx xxxxx feature, You authorize Us to post any such payments to Your share draft Account. Payments will be made by check or electronic transfer and will be sent to the payee on the business day You designate it be sent, except to the extent that such payment request must be received not later than the current business day in order for it to be sent that same day. If You schedule a payment to be paid before 3:00 p.m. on a business day that We are open, We will consider that day to be the day of Your request. However, if You schedule a payment to be paid after 3:00 p.m. or on a day We are not open, We will consider that the request was made on the next business day We are open. The Credit Union cannot guarantee the time any payment will reach any of Your payees and accepts no liability for any service fees or late charges levied against You. Payments requested to be sent on dates that do not exist in a given month (e.g. February 30th or April 31st), or fall on Saturdays, Sundays, federal reserve and other Credit Union observed holidays will also be sent on the next business day.

Transactions involving your credit card or loan accounts will be subject to your applicable Credit Card or Loan Agreement and Disclosures.

The online banking service is accessible seven (7) days a week, 24 hours a day. You will need a personal computer and access to the Internet. You are responsible for the installation, maintenance and operation of your computer. The Credit Union will not be responsible for any errors or failures involving any telephone service or your computer. At the present time, you may use the online banking service to: • Transfer funds between your savings, checking, and loan accounts. • Review account balance and transaction history for your savings, checking, and loan accounts. • Review information on your loan account is including payoff amounts, due dates, finance charges, interest rate, and balance information. • Make xxxx payments and preauthorized transfers from your checking account. • Request that a withdrawal from any savings, checking, or loan account be mailed to you in check form. • Transfer funds between linked accounts. • Communicate with the Credit Union using secure E-mail or online Chat. Transactions involving your deposit accounts will be subject to the terms of your Membership and Account Agreement and transactions involving a line of credit account will be subject to your Loan Agreement and Disclosures, as applicable.

The Credit Union cannot guarantee the time any payment will reach any of Your creditors and accepts no liability for any service fees or late charges levied against You. Payments requested to be sent on dates that do not exist in a given month (i.e. February 30th or April 31st), or fall on Saturdays, Sundays, federal reserve and other Credit Union observed holidays will be sent on the next business day. In addition, payment requests received prior to Our cut-off time on a day that We are open will be processed on that day, whereas payment requests received after Our cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
