Ongoing Employment. On successful completion of his/her training and having been awarded the Watchkeeping Certificate of Competency at the Employer’s discretion, the trainee maybe engaged by The Employer as a permanent employee for a minimum period of two years. If the Employer does not engage the trainee as a permanent employee the training cost payback provisions outlined below will not apply to the trainee.
Ongoing Employment. Where the Company obtains acceptable alternative employment for the employee, the employee shall not be entitled to redundancy pay.
Ongoing Employment. 14.2.1 Ongoing employment continues until terminated on notice by either party, except in cases where summary dismissal is lawful in which case no notice will be given.
Ongoing Employment. This is employment for which no end-date is expressed or implied. Employees with ongoing appointments may accept transfers, temporary assignments or promotions without affecting their ongoing status. Ongoing employment may be full-time or part-time.

Ongoing Employment. Effective October 25, 1999, Employee hereby resigns his position as an Officer of the Company, Employee must execute his resignation as an Officer of the Company in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A. Effective the Date of this Agreement, Employee's title will be "Executive Consultant." The Company will employ Employee through October 25, 2000 in that role. Provided, however, that Employee must use his good faith, best efforts to perform his obligations hereunder, and that Employee's employment may be terminated as set forth in section 8. Employee's salary as of the Date of this Agreement will remain in effect through October 25, 2000, and Employee's benefits will be those ordinarily provided to employees in his current position under the terms and conditions of the applicable plans and policies. Employee will remain eligible to participate in the management bonus program for 1999, and will be paid in accordance with the management bonus program plan rules. Employee will also be eligible to receive the stock option package based upon his satisfaction of agreed objectives and the results of Project Vista as set forth in Exhibit B. During the period from the Date of this Agreement until October 25, 2000, Employee will spend 32 to 35 hours per week on average up through the Project Vista product launch after which time Employee will spend up to 32 to 35 hours per week as required in providing services to the Company as required by the Company from time to time on Project Vista. These services shall be of similar nature and scope as those provided by the Employee to the Company immediately prior to entering into this Agreement. Employee may be required from time to time to be available during regular business hours; however, Employee will ordinarily be free to perform services at times and locations of his own choosing to allow him to pursue other consulting opportunities.
Ongoing Employment. The Parties contemplate that the termination of this Agreement simultaneously will result in the termination of Executive’s employment with the Company. If for any reason, however, Executive continues to be employed by the Company in any capacity after the termination of this Agreement, the severance obligations contained in this Subsection 6(g) shall survive the termination of this Agreement, but shall only commence upon the termination of Executive’s continued employment.
Ongoing Employment. Following the successful completion of the 12 month program graduates are matched to ongoing positions at Bendigo Health. This may be in a particular unit or alternatively on our acute, mental health or residential pool. Further information will be provided during your graduate year. Responsibilities and Accountabilities Key Responsibilities • Provide safe, quality nursing/ midwifery care in line with the Registered Nurse/ Registered Midwife standards for practice (Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia), policies, protocols, guidelines and legislation. • To develop and maintain professional nursing/midwifery standards and practice. • Assist in the assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of a safe and high standard of nursing/midwifery care in consultation with the healthcare team for all patients, clients, consumers, residents and their carers/families. • Engage in effective communication so as to include the patient/resident, carers/family and healthcare team in the immediate and ongoing health care. • Ensure all patients, clients, consumers, residents, carers/ families, visitors and other staff are treated with respect, dignity and courtesy. • Ensure accurate documentation of patient/resident records. • Assess the need for and provide health education for patients, residents and their families/carers within the scope of practice for the beginning practitioner. • Work within scope of practice, accepting accountability for own actions and seeking guidance from those more experienced when limited by own level of expertise. • Refer relevant, significant and important issues to educators/preceptors, clinical support nurses/midwives, senior staff or appropriate health care team members in a timely manner. • Act as a positive professional role model for nursing/midwifery at Bendigo Health. • Actively participate in and satisfactorily complete all specific requirements of the relevant Graduate Program and identify continual learning needs through reflective practice. • Identify own learning needs and actively participate in reflection and self-review of own performance development with the nurse/midwifery educator/preceptor and nursing/midwifery managers identifying key areas for professional and personal growth. • Employees are required to carry out lawful directions outlined above or delegated to them. Ongoing Employment. Where the Company obtains alternative employment for the employee or transfers with the business in accordance with Clause 22.2.4 the employee shall not be entitled to redundancy pay. Ongoing Employment. Ongoing employment applies where Employees are employed on an open-ended period of employment where there is no end date expressed or implied, subject to the rights to terminate employment by providing prescribed notice periods under this Agreement. A Full-time Full-time employment is where an Employee works 38 ordinary hours of work per week. B Part-time The hourly rate of pay for part-time Employees shall be made at the equivalent of full-time wage per week divided by 38. Hours worked in excess of the number of hours specified as ordinary hours in one day or in excess of 38 hours in one week shall be paid at the relevant overtime rates. Part-time Employees accrue leave entitlements on a pro-rata basis.
