One Control Card per Space. The Authority is not responsible for lost or stolen control cards. This card is a tenant’s only source of access into and out of the Autoparks. If your card is lost or stolen, please contact the Authority’s Main Office to purchase a new one. A non-refundable twenty dollar ($20.00) fee will apply for each replacement card issued. Tenants who have misplaced their control card will be required to take an hourly ticket and pay the hourly rate to exit. They will not be refunded the amount of this charge by the Authority.

If your card is damaged, lost or stolen, please contact the Authority’s Main Office to purchase a new one. A twenty dollar ($20.00) replacement fee will apply for each replacement card issued. Ten Dollars ($10.00) of this replacement fee will be refunded upon termination of this Agreement so long as termination is not due to a violation of regulations and the card is returned in good and working condition. Tenants who have misplaced their control card will be required to take an hourly ticket and pay the hourly rate to exit. They will not be refunded the amount of this charge by the Authority.

  • Voice Grade Unbundled Copper Sub-Loop Unbundled Sub-Loop Distribution – Intrabuilding Network Cable (aka riser cable)

  • Unbundled Voice Loop – SL2 (UVL-SL2 Loops may be 2-wire or 4-wire circuits, shall have remote access test points, and will be designed with a DLR provided to NewPhone. SL2 circuits can be provisioned with loop start, ground start or reverse battery signaling. OC is provided as a standard feature on XX0 Xxxxx. The OC feature will allow NewPhone to coordinate the installation of the Loop with the disconnect of an existing customer’s service and/or number portability service. In these cases, BellSouth will perform the order conversion with standard order coordination at its discretion during normal work hours.

  • Vehicle Base Specifications Note: The actual vehicle awarded may exceed the minimum specifications stated below. The Authorized User may elect to add additional Options, delete Options, or substitute a vehicle feature that is an Option with another Option. See Contract Section III.6

  • Unbundled Network Terminating Wire (UNTW) 2.8.3.1 UNTW is unshielded twisted copper wiring that is used to extend circuits from an intra-building network cable terminal or from a building entrance terminal to an individual End User’s point of demarcation. It is the final portion of the Loop that in multi-subscriber configurations represents the point at which the network branches out to serve individual subscribers.

  • Customer Equipment Customer represents and warrants that it owns or has the legal right and authority, and will continue to own or maintain the legal right and authority during the term of this Agreement, to place and use the Customer Equipment as contemplated by this Agreement. Customer further represents and warrants that its placement, arrangement, and use of the Customer Equipment in the Internet Data Centers complies with the Customer Equipment Manufacturer's environmental and other specifications.

  • Local Circuit Switching Capability, including Tandem Switching Capability 4.2.1 Local circuit switching capability is defined as: (A) line-side facilities, which include, but are not limited to, the connection between a loop termination at a main distribution frame and a switch line card; (B) trunk-side facilities, which include, but are not limited to, the connection between trunk termination at a trunk-side cross-connect panel and a switch trunk card; (C) switching provided by remote switching modules; and (D) all features, functions, and capabilities of the switch, which include, but are not limited to: (1) the basic switching function of connecting lines to lines, line to trunks, trunks to lines, and trunks to trunks, as well as the same basic capabilities made available to BellSouth’s customers, such as a telephone number, white page listings, and dial tone; and (2) all other features that the switch is capable of providing, including but not limited to customer calling, customer local area signaling service features, and Centrex, as well as any technically feasible customized routing functions provided by the switch. Any features that are not currently available but are technically feasible through the switch can be requested through the BFR/NBR process.

  • -wire Unbundled Digital/DS0 Loop These are designed 4-wire Loops that may be configured as 64kbps, 56kbps, 19kbps, and other sub-rate speeds associated with digital data services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR.

  • Interconnection Customer Obligations The Interconnection Customer shall maintain the Large Generating Facility and the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities in a safe and reliable manner and in accordance with this LGIA.

  • Standard Service Features Ethernet Access allows Customer to terminate single and/or multiple Ethernet Virtual Circuits (EVCs) from Customer equipment onto a single Ethernet Access UNI.

  • Traffic Measurement and Billing over Interconnection Trunks 6.1 For billing purposes, each Party shall pass Calling Party Number (CPN) information on at least ninety-five percent (95%) of calls carried over the Interconnection Trunks.
