Common use of OIL AND NATURAL GAS CORPORATION Clause in Contracts

OIL AND NATURAL GAS CORPORATION. LIMITED, a body corporate established under the Companies Xxx 0000, and having its registered office at Deendayal Xxxx Xxxxxx, 0 Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Marg, Xxxxxx Xxxx, New Delhi – 110 070, India (hereinafter referred to as “ONGC”, which expression shall, unless the context requires otherwise, include its successors and permitted assigns); (Xxxxxxx, CEHL and ONGC are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Sellers” and individually as a “Seller”. CEHL and ONGC has agreed to appoint Vedanta as its authorized representative for the purposes set out in this Agreement.) AND
