Occupants and Invited Guests. (a) The landlord may not stop the tenant from having guests in the residential premises under reasonable circumstances. If the number of permanent occupants is unreasonable, the landlord may discuss the issue with the tenant and may serve a Notice to Quit. Disputes regarding the notice may be resolved through arbitration under the Residential Tenancies Act.

Occupants and Invited Guests. The landlord must not stop the tenant from having guests under reasonable circumstances in the rental unit. The landlord must not impose restrictions on guests and must not require or accept any extra charge for daytime visits or overnight accommodation of guests. If the number of occupants in the rental unit is unreasonable, the landlord may discuss the issue with the tenant and may serve a notice to end a tenancy. Disputes regarding the notice may be resolved through dispute resolution under the Act.
Occupants and Invited Guests. Only the persons named below will be occupying the Site (in addition to the tenant(s) listed in clause 1): CORRECT LEGAL NAMES AGE CORRECT LEGAL NAMES AGE CORRECT LEGAL NAMES AGE CORRECT LEGAL NAMES AGE At all times, at least one of the persons listed as a tenant in clause 1 must be the legal registered owner(s) of the home which occupies the Site. A person not listed in clause 1 or 3 who resides in the Site for a period in excess of 30 cumulative days in any calendar year will be considered to be occupying the rental unit contrary to this Agreement and without right or permission of the landlord. If a tenant anticipates an additional occupant, the tenant must promptly apply in writing for permission from the landlord for such person to become a tenant or authorized occupant. Failure to obtain the landlord’s written approval is a breach of a material term of this Agreement, giving the landlord the right to end the tenancy on proper notice.

  • Premises and equipment 6.1 If necessary, the Customer shall provide the Supplier with reasonable access at reasonable times to its premises for the purpose of supplying the Services. All alterations, improvements, partitions and changes made in or to the demised premises at any time before or after the taking of possession by the Lessee, by the Lessee or the Lessor, shall immediately become the property of the Lessor and form part of the demised premises and the building and shall remain upon the demised premises; PROVIDED ALWAYS that the Lessor may at the expiration or sooner termination of this Lease for any reason whatsoever require that the Lessee restore the demised premises in whole or in part to the same condition in which they were at the time of the entering into of this Lease, the exceptions to the Lessee's repair obligations only excepted. The Lessee shall not remove any furniture, leasehold improvements, fixtures, chattels of any kind from the demised premises without the prior consent of the Lessor and until all rents and other monies due are fully paid.   • Use of Buildings and Equipment 21.4.1 The Association shall have the right to use District buildings, sites, and equipment during all reasonable hours for meetings and other Association activities.

  • ALTERATIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS Tenant shall make no alterations to the buildings or improvements on the Premises or construct any building or make any other improvements on the Premises without the prior written consent of Landlord. Any and all alterations, changes, and/or improvements built, constructed or placed on the Premises by Tenant shall, unless otherwise provided by written agreement between Landlord and Tenant, be and become the property of Landlord and remain on the Premises at the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement.

  • Ownership of Alterations and Improvements In all cases of alterations, improvements, changes, accessories and the like that cannot be removed from the Property without destroying or otherwise deteriorating the Property or any surface thereof shall, upon creation, become the Landlord’s property without need for any further transfer, delivery or assignment thereof.

  • POSSESSION AND OCCUPATION 12.1 The Purchaser shall be placed in possession of the Property on the Transfer Date or the Occupation Date, whichever is the earlier, from which date the Purchaser will be entitled to all income and be liable for all expenses pertaining to the Property.

  • Union Activity on Premises and/or Access to Premises The Union agrees that neither it, nor its officers, agents, representatives and members will engage in the solicitation of members, holding of meetings or any other Union activities on Hospital premises or on Hospital time without the prior approval of the Hospital, except as specifically provided for in this Agreement. Such approval will not be unreasonably denied.

  • REPAIRS AND IMPROVEMENTS 14.1 Prior to registration of transfer, the Purchaser shall not be entitled to effect any alterations to the Property without the prior written consent of the Seller.
