Common use of Objective of the Contract Clause in Contracts

Objective of the Contract. As per Food and Procurement Policy for KMS 2021-22, the Corporation has to undertake for procurement of paddy from farmers at the PPC to be operated by selected WSHGs as commission agent. The DSWO shall act as Nodal Officer for procurement of FAQ / URS paddy through WSHGs in the concerned districts.
