Notice to the Authority. Should any Lien be filed against the Premises or StadCo’s leasehold estate, or any action or proceeding be instituted affecting the title to the Premises, StadCo shall deliver to the Authority written notice thereof within ten (10) days from the date StadCo obtains knowledge of the filing thereof.
