In the event of any assignment of a Leasehold Mortgage or in the event of a change of address of a Leasehold Mortgagee or of an assignee of a Leasehold Mortgage, notice of the new name and address shall be provided to Lessor.

Lessee shall provide Lessor with a fully executed complete copy of each Leasehold Mortgage, and all related loan documents (including copies of all appraisals), any and all amendments thereto, and the name and address of each Leasehold Mortgagee. In the event of any assignment of a Leasehold Mortgage or in the event of a change of address of a Leasehold Mortgagee, Lessee shall provide the new name and address of the assignee or Leasehold Mortgagee to Lessor.
