Non-Solicit. The Executive shall not, during the Executive’s employment and for a period of one year following the termination of the Executive’s employment (regardless of the circumstances and reasons for such termination), directly or indirectly (i) offer employment to, hire or otherwise engage the services of any employee of the Company or any individual employed by the Company or any of its franchises within the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the termination of the Executive’s employment, or (ii) take any action that interferes in or results in the termination by an employee or franchisee of their employment, franchise or other business relationship with the Company.
