Common use of Non-Solicit Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicit. During the Term and for a period of two (2) years following expiration or termination of the Term, regardless of the reason for the termination, Employee will not directly or indirectly solicit or induce or attempt to solicit or induce any officer, director, employee, sales representative, agent or consultant of the Company or its Affiliates to terminate or adversely alter their employment, representation or other association with the Company or its Affiliates. In addition, at no time after Employee leaves employment with the Company will Employee seek to obtain or misappropriate any of the Company’s trade secrets or Confidential Information from any current or former Company employee or consultant.
