No Tipping. Similarly, you may not pass material nonpublic information on to others or recommend to others the purchase or sale of any securities when you are aware of such information. This practice, known as “tipping,” also violates the securities laws and can result in the same civil and criminal penalties that apply to xxxxxxx xxxxxxx, even though you did not trade and did not gain any benefit from the other person’s trading.

No Tipping. Contractor shall not, nor shall it permit its employees to, demand or solicit, directly or indirectly, any additional compensation or gratuity from members of the public for services provided under the Contract.

All sums paid or agreed to be paid to Lender for the use, forbearance or detention of the Loan shall, to the extent permitted by applicable law, be amortized, prorated, allocated, and spread throughout the full stated term of the Loan until payment in full so that the rate or amount of interest on account of the Debt does not exceed the maximum lawful rate from time to time in effect and applicable to the Debt for so long as the Debt is outstanding. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any Loan Document, it is not the intention of Lender to accelerate the maturity of any interest that has not accrued at the time of such acceleration or to collect unearned interest at the time of such acceleration.

  • No Waste The Lessee shall not commit or suffer to be committed any waste on, in or under the Leased Property, nor shall the Lessee cause or permit any nuisance thereon.
