No Right to Employment. Nothing in the Plan or this Agreement shall confer on the Optionee any right to continue in the employ of, or other relationship with, the Company, any Company Subsidiary, the Partnership or any Partnership Subsidiary or limit in any way the right of the Company, any Company Subsidiary, the Partnership or any Partnership Subsidiary to terminate the Optionee’s employment or other relationship at any time, with or without cause.

No Right to Employment.
