No Other License. This Agreement confers no license or rights by implication, estoppel, or otherwise under any patent applications or patents of TSRI other than Licensed Patent Rights regardless of whether such patents are dominant or subordinate to Licensed Patent Rights.
No Other License. Except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, no license is granted and none shall be deemed granted by implication, estoppel or otherwise.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as a license to any intellectual property rights of TI other than those rights embodied in the Licensed Materials provided to you by TI. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, NO OTHER LICENSE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, BY ESTOPPEL OR OTHERWISE, TO ANY OTHER TI INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS IS GRANTED HEREIN.
No Other License. No right or license is granted by either Party to the other under any other intellectual property other than those items expressly included in the licenses granted in this Article 2. Accordingly, no license shall be deemed granted by implication, estoppel or otherwise, if such license is not expressly and specifically granted in this Article 2.
No Other License. Except as expressly set out in this ARTICLE 13, no Party will gain, by virtue of this Agreement, any rights of ownership or use of copyrights, patents, trade secrets, trademarks or any other Intellectual Property Rights owned by the other Parties.
No Other License. The terms of this Agreement shall govern the use of the Software and Documentation and any other terms or conditions of any license agreements delivered in or with the Equipment shall be void and of no effect.
No Other License. Licensee understands and agrees that no license under any patent or application other than Licensed Patents is or shall be deemed to have been granted under this Agreement, either expressly or by implication.
No Other License. Licensee understands and agrees that no license under any patent, patent application or know-how other than Platform Patents and Platform Know-How, is or shall be deemed to have been granted under this Agreement, either expressly or by implication. Licensee shall not practice under the Platform Patents or Platform Know-How outside of the scope of the license granted pursuant to Section 2.1 of this Agreement.
No Other License. Licensee is advised, and Named Licensee warrants that it and each of its Affiliates acknowledges, that (a) it may require licenses other than those provided under this Agreement to engage in any activities permitted under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, patent licenses under Necessary Claims, and (b) except for the licenses expressly granted to the Licensee under Sections 2.0 and 7.2.1, nothing contained herein shall be construed as a grant of any license or right, expressly, by implication or estoppels, to any intellectual property rights of CI Plus LLP or any Member including its Affiliates or to any technology or standard or part thereof (including, without limitation, any cipher, output, recording, or compression/ decompression technology) even though such other intellectual property, technology or standard may be mentioned in or required by the Specifications, the Compliance Rules or the Robustness Rules.
No Other License. All Confidential Information and any Derivatives thereof shall remain the property of the Disclosing Party and no license or other rights to Confidential Information is granted or implied by this Agreement. No license to use any trademarks, patents, copyrights, or other rights is granted under this Agreement or by any disclosure of Confidential Information under this Agreement. The Confidential Information is disclosed “as is” and no representations are made as to the accuracy or content of the Confidential Information.
