Common use of National Competitive Bidding Clause in Contracts

National Competitive Bidding. Except as otherwise provided in paragraph 3 below, goods and works estimated to cost less than $500,000 equivalent per contract may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of National Competitive Bidding in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act (and regulations made thereunder), subject to the following:

National Competitive Bidding. Except as otherwise provided in paragraph 3 below, goods and works estimated to cost less than $500,000 equivalent per contract may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of National Competitive Bidding in accordance with Bidding, following the provisions of the Public Procurement Act (Recipient’s financial acts and regulations made thereunder)acceptable to the Association, and subject to the followingfollowing additional procedures:
