MULTIPLE DOCUMENTS. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall in any way limit the terms and provisions of any Related Document or any other agreement between the parties hereto, but each and every term and provision of this Agreement shall be in addition to the terms and provisions of such other Related Documents and agreements.

  • Entire Agreement; Modifications This Agreement constitutes the entire and final expression of the agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, oral and written, between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof.   • Letter Agreements The Company shall not take any action or omit to take any action which would cause a breach of any of the Letter Agreements executed and will not allow any amendments to, or waivers of, such Letter Agreements without the prior written consent of the Representative.
