Notwithstanding the aforementioned, where it is deemed necessary to hold briefing meetings prior to such meetings, members may apply for the necessary time to hold such meeting. Members appearing before the Police Services in respect to the affairs of the Association shall appear in civilian attire. A member of the Association who is a member of the Executive of the Police Association of Ontario shall be considered a member of the Board of Directors of the Association.
