Maximum Principal Sum. The Obligations are to be secured by other mortgages and deeds of trust on other real estate in other counties and other states. Each and all of such mortgages and deeds of trust are intended to and shall constitute security for the entire Indebtedness represented by the Obligations without allocation. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, it is agreed that the maximum amount of Indebtedness secured by this Mortgage, including all advancements, at any one time shall not exceed $[1,900,000,000](36) plus interest and protective advances.
Maximum Principal Sum. The Indebtedness and Obligations may be secured by other mortgages and deeds of trust on other real estate in other counties and other states. Each and all of such mortgages and deeds of trust are intended to and shall constitute security for the entire Indebtedness and all of the Obligations without allocation. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, it is agreed that the maximum amount of Indebtedness secured by this Mortgage, including all advancements, at any one time shall not exceed Eight Hundred and Fifty Million Dollars ($850,000,000.00).
Maximum Principal Sum. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, it is agreed that the maximum principal amount of Indebtedness secured by this Mortgage, including all advancements, at any one time shall not exceed One Hundred Fifty Million and 00/100 Dollars ($150,000,000.00).
Maximum Principal Sum. The parties hereto intend that this Mortgage shall secure unpaid balances of the indebtedness secured hereby whether incurred by lessee at the Restatement Date or after this Mortgage is delivered for recordation in the official records of the county in which the Leased Property is located. The maximum principal amount of indebtedness which is or under any contingency may be secured at the Restatement Date or at any time thereafter by this mortgage is $720,000,000.

THE MAXIMUM PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF INDEBTEDNESS WHICH IS OR UNDER ANY CONTINGENCY MAY BE SECURED AT THE DATE OF EXECUTION HEREOF OR AT ANY TIME THEREAFTER BY THIS MORTGAGE IS $720,000,000.

THE MAXIMUM PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF INDEBTEDNESS WHICH IS OR UNDER ANY CONTINGENCY MAY BE SECURED AT THE DATE OF EXECUTION HEREOF OR AT ANY TIME THEREAFTER BY THIS MORTGAGE IS $7,410,000.00.
Maximum Principal Sum. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING CONTAINED HEREIN, THE MAXIMUM PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF INDEBTEDNESS WHICH IS OR UNDER ANY CONTINGENCY MAY BE SECURED AT THE DATE OF EXECUTION HEREOF OR AT ANY TIME THEREAFTER BY THIS MORTGAGE IS THREE HUNDRED MILLION AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($300,000,000.00), PLUS ALL AMOUNTS EXPENDED BY MORTGAGEE UPON THE OCCURRENCE AND DURING THE CONTINUANCE OF AN EVENT OF DEFAULT TO PRESERVE, PROTECT AND ENFORCE THE LIEN OF THIS MORTGAGE OR TO PROTECT THE PROPERTY, OR THE VALUE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL AMOUNTS IN RESPECT OF INSURANCE PREMIUMS AND ALL REAL ESTATE TAXES, CHARGES OR ASSESSMENTS IMPOSED BY LAW UPON THE PROPERTY, OR ANY OTHER AMOUNT, COST OR CHARGE TO WHICH MORTGAGEE MAY BECOME SUBROGATED UPON PAYMENT AS A RESULT OF MORTGAGOR’S FAILURE TO PAY AS REQUIRED BY THE TERMS OF THIS MORTGAGE, PLUS ALL ACCRUED BUT UNPAID INTEREST ON THE OBLIGATIONS SECURED HEREBY.
Maximum Principal Sum. It is agreed that the maximum amount of Obligations secured by this Mortgage, including all advancements, at any one time shall not exceed $12,000,000.00 (or the equivalent thereof in any foreign currency), plus interest thereon and any disbursements made for payment of taxes, special assessments, insurance on the Property, or any other disbursements made pursuant to the terms of this Mortgage or the Loan Instruments, including but not limited to all disbursements by Mortgagee pursuant to 735 ILCS 5/15-1302(b)(5), and interest on all such disbursements.
Maximum Principal Sum. This Deed of Trust secures all Obligations up to the maximum principal sum of $1,000,000.00 for the Mortgaged Property located in the county in which this Deed of Trust is filed. The total amount of the Obligations may decrease or increase from time to time, provided that the amount of the lien shall not exceed, at any one time, the maximum principal sum of $1,000,000.00, all accrued interest thereon, and all amounts (other than principal) payable by Grantor under this Deed of Trust, including, without limitation, all costs of enforcing and foreclosing on the lien of this Deed of Trust, and all sums expended or incurred for the protection of the security interest hereby created in the Mortgaged Property, regardless of whether the foregoing was advanced, paid, incurred or expended now or at any future time or times.
