Materials and Facilities. Each Party shall conduct the Development Services to be performed by such Party in accordance with the requirements of Applicable Law.

Appropriate texts, library reference 44 materials, maps and globes, laboratory equipment, audio-visual equipment, art supplies, 45 physical education equipment, current periodicals, lesson plan books, standard tests and 46 questionnaires, and similar materials are the tools of the teaching profession.
Materials and Facilities. The School District shall provide to the School Resource Officer the following materials and facilities, which are deemed necessary to the performance of his/her duties. Access to a proper private office, which shall contain a telephone. A location for files and records that can be properly locked and secured. A workstation with drawers, chair, filing cabinet and office supplies. Access to a laptop computer that is compatible with the Rankin Police software. The Xxxxxx Police Department, at its expense, will provide software for use by the Officers.
Materials and Facilities. All paper, necessary working materials, and printing of duplicate parts shall be supplied by the Engager/Producer or furnished by the Supervisor at cost. The Engager/Producer shall be responsible for direct costs incurred by the copyist, including but not limited to courier service (pickup and delivery), postage and shipping and any incident costs as may be agreed. Payment for the use of the copyist’s facilities shall be negotiable.

Materials and Facilities. (1) All paper, necessary working materials, and printing of duplicate parts shall be supplied by the Employer/Producer or furnished by the Supervisor at cost. The Employer/Producer shall have the option to provide adequate facilities for Copyists. All facilities provided by Copyists shall be paid for by the Employer Producer at the rate of $177.57 per day; the percentage increase in each succeeding year of this Agreement shall be the average percentage established by the rent stabilization guidelines for New York City for one and two year leases of residential apartments. Messenger service (pickup and delivery), postage and shipping shall be paid for by the Employer/Producer.

Materials and Facilities. The DISTRICT will provide the Police Officer with access to workspace and such equipment as is necessary to perform the Police Officer’s duties. This equipment may include a telephone, filing space capable of being secured, a desk with drawers, a chair, and access to a computer. All equipment and documents shall remain the property of the DISTRICT and shall be returned to the DISTRICT upon request and/or expiration/termination of this Agreement. All other needed items, including any police vehicle and related operational, maintenance, fuel and repairs costs shall be the responsibility of the VILLAGE or the SRO and not the DISTRICT.
Materials and Facilities. The site-based councils will consider input from teachers concerning work areas, storage, materials, texts, furniture and equipment, and supplies. All needs brought before the council in these areas will be considered and may be implemented depending upon the financial impact on the district and the congruence with the district's vision, mission, and goals.
