Main rules a. The employer may deviate from the provisions of this collective agreement to the benefit of employees.
Main rules. 1. Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, a person covered by this Agreement shall be subject to the legislation of the Contracting Party in whose territory he or she resides or, as regards insurance branches specified in Article 2, paragraph 1 which do not depend on residence, to the legislation of the Contracting Party in whose territory he or she is employed or selfemployed.
