Load Response Programs. Buyer will manage its load response programs in accordance with PJM Agreements as amended from time to time and with the provisions of its applicable riders and retail electric service tariffs, as amended and approved by the Maryland PSC from time to time or distribution utility customer contracts, as amended by the distribution utility from time to time.

Load Response Programs. Buyer will manage its load response programs in accordance with PJM Agreements as amended from time to time and the provisions of its applicable riders and retail electric service tariffs, as amended and approved by the PUC from time to time, or Buyer customer contracts, as amended by the Buyer from time to time. Buyer will retain all of the benefits associated with its load response programs, including but not limited to all associated wholesale revenues from PJM for Capacity, Energy and Ancillary Services. Unless specifically prohibited by its retail electric service tariffs, Default Service customers may, at their election, participate in demand response programs offered under the PJM Agreements.
