LICENSOR Exclusive Owner. LICENSEE hereby acknowledges LICENSOR as purporting to be the sole and exclusive owner of the patents and patent applications listed on Schedule A, and that, except for the rights granted hereunder, LICENSEE shall not have any rights or attempt to assert any ownership rights in and to those patents and patent applications.
