LETTER OF INTENTION. A Letter of Intention must be sent by the party seeking to reopen negotiations for the Academic year no later than April 30 of that year. Within ten (10) days of receipt of the letter(s), the Union and Five Keys Schools and Programs will agree on a calendar for negotiation meetings.
