Leaving School premises. The School will do all that is reasonable to ensure that the Pupil remains in the care of the School during School hours but does not accept responsibility for the Pupil if he / she leaves School premises in breach of School rules or regulations. The School is not legally entitled to prevent a pupil aged 16 years or over from leaving School premises during School hours.
Leaving School premises. Certificated employees may leave the school premises during the workday only with the expressed prior approval of their immediate administrator or his/her designee, unless otherwise provided for in this Agreement. This provision shall not apply to the duty-free lunch period nor when an emergency prevents compliance.

The Parents agree that the School is entitled to prevent a Student leaving the premises during school hours where prior arrangement was not made and until such time as the express permission of the Parents is obtained. The School will do all that is reasonable to ensure that the Student remains in the care of the School during school hours but we cannot accept responsibility for a Student who leaves school premises whether or not in breach of policies and guidelines of the Student Handbook.
Leaving School premises. A student shall not leave school premises before the time of dismissal except where individual school policy otherwise provides or without first obtaining the consent from the Campus Administrator or his/her designee.
