Common use of Land Use Clause in Contracts

Land Use. 1.1 The permitted uses of the Property, subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement, shall be all those uses permitted in the Rural Use (RU) Zone, as per the requirements of the East Hants Land Use Bylaw, in addition to any other uses permitted by this agreement.

Land Use. 1.1 The permitted uses of the Property, subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement, shall be all those uses permitted in the Rural Use Two Dwelling Unit Residential (RUR2) Zone, as per the requirements of the 2016 East Hants Land Use Bylaw, Bylaw in addition to any other uses permitted by this agreement.

Land Use. 1.1 The permitted uses of the Property, subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement, shall be all those uses permitted in the Rural Use Regional Commercial (RURC) Zone, as per the requirements of the East Hants Land Use Bylaw, in addition to any other uses permitted by this agreement.

Land Use. 1.1 The permitted uses of the Property, subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement, shall be all those uses permitted in the Country Residential (CR) Zone and Rural Use (RU) Zone, as per the requirements of the East Hants Land Use BylawBy-Law, in addition to any other uses permitted by this agreement.

Land Use. 1.1 The permitted uses of the Property, subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement, shall be all those uses permitted listed in the Rural Use Village Core (RUVC) Zone, Zone as per the requirements of the East Hants Land Use BylawBy-law, and in addition to any other uses permitted by this agreement.

Land Use. 1.1 The permitted uses of the Property, subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement, shall be all those uses permitted in the Rural Use (RUR4) Zone, as per the requirements of the East Hants Land Use BylawBy-Law, in addition to any other uses permitted by this agreement.
