Items Covered. In general, all Items supplied to Applied by MKS will be covered by this agreement. The list of Items covered by this CSA is shown in Attachment 1. New Items may be added to Attachment 1 upon mutual agreement between Applied and MKS. Items may be removed by Applied from Attachment 1 from time to time in accordance with this Agreement. MKS may recommend or Applied may implement removal for the following reasons without limitations:
Items Covered. All Items supplied (including Services other than Development Services) to Applied by Supplier, even if sold pursuant to a separate Purchase Order, will be covered by this Agreement; provided that the terms, provisions and conditions of this Agreement (if any) applicable to Services rendered pursuant to a DVA shall be determined in accordance with the DVA. This Agreement does not apply to goods, parts, products or services that Unit Instruments, Inc., or any other subsidiary or affiliate of Supplier provides to Applied. This Agreement likewise does not apply to goods, parts, products or services provided to Applied pursuant to the currently effective Global Supply Agreement dated as of October 27, 2000 (with execution dates of October 4, 2000 and October 19, 2000), for weldments and other items provided to Applied by Insync Systems, Inc. (now merged into, and a division of, Supplier), or pursuant to subsequent agreements for such goods, parts, products or services, even though Supplier is successor by merger to Insync Systems, Inc. Such other agreement(s) for goods, parts, products or services shall continue in effect in accordance with their respective terms, but shall not affect this Agreement. New Items may be added to Attachment 1 upon mutual written agreement of Applied and Supplier from time to time.
Items Covered. 5.1 Fees cover childcare and the statutory curriculum, together with materials and regular meals. Fees also include local visits, trips and walks, formula milk, nappies and wipes, sun cream and where applicable children’s uniform, until your child is in receipt of Early Years Funding.
Items Covered. Fees cover meals and snacks. Extra-curricular activities may be charged separately and will not be refunded or waived. If you sign a consent letter for a trip/activity then you will be charged accordingly even in the event of absence.
Items Covered. In the event of a claim covered by this policy, as soon as it is notified through the procedure set forth in Article 10, ARAG guarantees the following services:
Items Covered. All Items supplied to Stereotaxis by Supplier will be covered by this Agreement. The list of Items covered by this Agreement is shown in Attachment 1. New Items may be added to Attachment 1 upon mutual written agreement of Stereotaxis and Supplier from time to time.
Items Covered. Fees cover the normal curriculum together with most books, stationery and meals as applicable. Other items incurred by the School or the pupil may be charged as Extras. The pupil is for these purposes agent of the parents. Damage done by a pupil, other than fair wear and tear, may be separately invoiced and must be paid as an extra.
