Invitation The bidders desirous of taking up the work for supply of above Services for SBI are invited to response to this Tender. The criteria and the actual process of evaluation and subsequent selection of the successful bidder (L1) will be entirely at Bank’s discretion. We seek proposal from Bidders who have the necessary experience, capability & expertise to provide Maintenance and Housekeeping services adhering to Bank’s requirement outlined in this Tender. This Tender document is not an offer by State Bank of India, but an invitation to receive responses from the Bidders. No contractual obligation whatsoever shall arise from the Tender process unless and until a formal contract is signed and executed by duly authorized official(s) of State Bank of India with the successful Bidder.

AUCTIONS Lessee shall not conduct, nor permit to be conducted, either voluntarily or involuntarily, any auction upon the Premises without first having obtained Lessor's prior written consent. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Lease, Lessor shall not be obligated to exercise any standard of reasonableness in determining whether to grant such consent.
Deliveries and Solicitation The Manager may control access to the Residence for deliveries. The Manager may allow reasonable access to political candidates or their representatives for the purpose of canvassing for support and delivering pamphlets.
E-AUCTIONS 4.1 The Contracting Body shall be entitled to formulate its Statement of Requirements in accordance with paragraph 3 above and invite the Supplier to a further competition using a reverse auction in accordance with the rules laid down by the Contracting Body in accordance with the Regulations prior to the commencement of any such further competition.
Terms and Conditions of Offer This is an offer to purchase the Property in accordance with the above-stated terms and conditions of this Agreement. If at least one, but not all, of the Parties initial such pages, a counteroffer is required until an agreement is reached. The Seller has the right to continue to offer the Property for sale and to accept any other offer at any time prior to notification of acceptance. If this offer is accepted and the Buyer subsequently defaults, the Buyer may be responsible for payment of licensed real estate agent(s) compensation. This Agreement and any supplement, addendum, or modification, including any copy, may be signed in two or more counterparts, all of which shall constitute one and the same writing.
Offers 1. No Offer made by XXXXX shall be binding with regard to price, contents, execution, delivery times, availability etc., unless stated otherwise by XXXXX in writing. If a non-binding Offer is accepted by the Purchaser, XXXXX may withdraw the Offer within two working days of receipt of the Purchaser’s acceptance of the Offer in writing.
