Common use of International or National Shopping Clause in Contracts

International or National Shopping. Goods estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract, up to the aggregate amount indicated in the Procurement Plan referred to in Part D.1 of this Schedule, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international or national shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of Paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.
