Common use of Initial Notes Clause in Contracts

Initial Notes. The Notes initially shall be issued in the form of one Global Note that shall be deposited with the Trustee at its Corporate Trust Office or such other address as the Trustee may designate from time to time by notice to the Holders and the Company, as custodian for the Depositary and registered in the name of DTC or the nominee thereof (DTC, or any successor thereto, being hereinafter referred to as the “Depositary”), duly executed by the Company and authenticated by the Trustee as hereinafter provided.
