Information Update. The Cooperative agrees to periodically update the information that you will obtain through electronic services. However, you acknowledge and agree that the Cooperative is in no way obligated to make such updates at specific times of the day or following a specific itinerary. The balances shown by your account may differ from the one shown in your reports, due to transactions that may be in process.

Participating Facilities are expected to designate emergency contacts to coordinate LTC-MAP initiatives, routinely update their information with the RHCs and VHASS or other electronic system as directed by the RHCs, report any major facility changes that may preclude the Participating Facility from participating or modifying the level of actual participation in the LTC-MAP and maintain a hard copy of the LTC-MAP in a designated location.

The Cardholder shall notify Shinhan immediately of any changes to the Cardholder's informationas well as any method which they want to use for communication between the Cardholder and Shinhan. During the Collaboration Term, the Parties shall disclose and make available to each other without charge any Project IPR and relevant new items of Background IP for use within the scope of the Collaboration Activities. Notwithstanding the foregoing, each Party shall only be required to provide or disclose to the other Party such parts of its technology and materials incorporated in the Background IP as it reasonably determines to be necessary for the other Party to perform its Collaboration Activities. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary, neither Party shall have any obligation to provide to the other Party any proprietary compounds, technology, information or materials that are unrelated to, or are not reasonably necessary for, the performance of the Collaboration Activities.
