Information Access Traffic. Information Access Traffic, for the purpose of this Agreement, is traffic (excluding CMRS traffic) that is transmitted to or returned from the Internet at any point during the duration of the transmission between the Parties. Information Access Traffic is not Local Traffic unless the traffic is between an end-user and an ISP physically located in the same CenturyTel Local Calling Area. The term Information Access Traffic does not include transmission of voice telecommunications traffic regardless of whether it is delivered to an ISP and regardless of whether it is carried at any point on facilities via Internet protocol.
Information Access Traffic. The Provision of specialized exchange and exchange access telecommunications services in connection with the origination, termination, transmission, switching, forwarding or routing of Information Service traffic to or from the facilities of an ISP. The term Information Access Traffic does not include transmission of voice telecommunications traffic regardless of whether it is delivered to an ISP and regardless of whether it is carried at any point on facilities via internet protocol. Information Access Traffic is not governed by Section 251 and 252 of the Act. Information Access Traffic will be exchanged as a part of a separate agreement between the Parties.

  • Information Access Each Party (“Disclosing Party”) shall make available to another Party (“Requesting Party”) information that is in the possession of the Disclosing Party and is necessary in order for the Requesting Party to: (i) verify the costs incurred by the Disclosing Party for which the Requesting Party is responsible under this Agreement; and (ii) carry out its obligations and responsibilities under this Agreement. The Parties shall not use such information for purposes other than those set forth in this Article 25.1 of this Agreement and to enforce their rights under this Agreement.
