IMPORTANT TO NOTE. If you hire an employee of any Xxxxxxxx Company at any time during our relationship or within one year of the end of our relationship, you will be billed a recruiting fee of 30% of that employee’s first year salary with your company. This fee will be paid to whichever Xxxxxxxx Company the employee worked. The fee is necessary to recoup a portion of our training costs in our experienced people. It will also allow us to cover part of the cost of replacing our employee and ensure that you will receive continued uninterrupted professional services.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE. Those who choose not to participate in the Virginia Theatre performances must notify the Director via completion of the Performance Agreement Form by October 1 for reimbursement. No reimbursements will be given after October 1.  I understand that a non-refundable $15 Performance Fee is required from all dancers to offset costs of the theatre. For ballet 2-7, there is a non-refundable Costume Fee of $35 for the first costume to cover the cost of fabric and other materials. These fees will be charged to your November bill upon the agreement on the submission of a signed Performance Agreement Form. A $20 fee will be assessed for each additional costume after the initial costume fee, later in the semester. Occasionally, an extra leotard or shoes will need to be purchased by parents. These items belong to the students and may be worn in class after the performance is over.  I understand that casting decisions are carefully made by the Dance Arts staff in order to maintain a high level of performance and to best serve the artistic line and style of each role. Once posted, a cast list will not be changed unless a dancer cannot participate or under extenuating circumstances as evaluated by the Dance Arts Director. Plum rolls and solos require an advanced level of study, physical stamina and technical proficiency, as well as specific abilities and a special flair for a particular part. Hard work, hunger, talent and exemplary behavior towards staff, fellow students and volunteers will be the most likely way to earn a solo and keep it.
