Health Support Services. Health Support Services (HSS) provide State-wide support services to Health Service Providers. PathWest must execute a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with HSS for the provision of State-wide support services by HSS to PathWest for the Term of this Agreement by 31 July 2019. The SLAs will be developed by HSS with input from PathWest and the Department CEO. Each SLA must state:  Description of servicesRoles and responsibilitiesAuthority and accountabilityService standardsService reporting  Value of service, including price schedules as appropriate  Review and change processes  Dispute resolution and escalation processes.

Related to Health Support Services

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Software Support Services 6.1 The Software Support Services shall comprise:
