Health Risks. 4.1 No Health Risk You must immediately inform us in writing if you believe or reasonably should be of the belief, that participating in any fitness activities offered by us in any way could pose a risk to your health. Unless you tell us otherwise, we assume you have no health risks, conditions or injuries.

Health Risks. The Student accepts to travel to the tropics and is fully aware of the risks associated to studying in a tropical environment. The Student will take all precautions to avoid encounters with venomous or behaviourally dangerous animals (arthropods, fish, amphibians, reptiles, mammals, etc.). The Student will also visit a medical unit specialized in tropical diseases before travelling to the tropics and follow the medical guidelines as prescribed (e.g., with respect to malaria). In addition, the student is required to abide by all the safety regulations imposed or advised by the local staff of the participating institutions.

In coordination with the local health bureaus, APG shall, and shall cause the IAs to, ensure that (a) the Works contractors disseminate information and conduct awareness training on the risks and prevention measures of HIV/AIDS and other communicable diseases to their employees, temporary laborers and family members, and subcontractors during the Project implementation; (b) measures to prevent other communicable diseases are implemented, within the construction sites, as specified in the EMP; and (c) these requirements are included in the Works contracts, monitored and reported quarterly to ADB through APG. Health Risks. The Borrower shall cause MARD and the PPCs to ensure that Works contractors disseminate information on the risks of socially and sexually transmitted infections, including HIV transmission, to their employees, temporary laborers, and subcontractors during Project implementation and that specific provisions are included in the Works contracts to give effect to this clause and are strictly monitored.
Health Risks. (a) The HRRH Representative may (acting reasonably) refuse admittance to, or order the removal from, the Facility of any person employed or engaged in the provision of any Project Co Service for whom a report as referred to in Section 27.20 has not been received or whose presence poses or is reasonably believed to pose a risk to the health and/or well-being of any HRRH Party, patients, volunteers or visitors to the Facility, and such action, which shall forthwith be confirmed in writing by HRRH, shall not relieve Project Co of any of its obligations under this Project Agreement. In addition, the PMU shall ensure that similar information on the risk of transmission of HIV/AIDS and other sexually transmitted diseases is disseminated to local communities in the corridor of influence, in coordination with national agencies working on this issue. The PMU shall include specific provisions to this effect in civil works contracts, and shall strictly monitor compliance through CARE Timor-Leste.
